Excellent Experience with Relief Heating
I had an excellent experience with Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC. Technician Bryan Badillo was punctual, very professional, and thorough. We requested maintenance for our air conditioning system, and from the very beginning, they demonstrated knowledge, efficiency, and cleanliness in their work.

I am so grateful to Relief HCAC. My three-year-old A/C had just been serviced (including adding refrigerant) when it broke down. My default HVAC company couldn’t come for a week, but Relief came out the next day. They determined that I had multiple leaks and that the coil needed to be replaced (the parts were under warranty). They fixed it temporarily until the parts arrived, and then replaced the defective parts a week later. Less than a week after that, the A/C stopped working again, but this time because the outside drainage pipe (builder’s fault) was plugged with dirt. They fixed it for free, which I greatly appreciated. The technician, Daniel, was friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly. The receptionist, Tiana, was SO good at keeping me informed so I knew when to expect them. I highly recommend this family-owned company.

After performing a thorough diagnostic, Daniel articulated very clearly to us what the issue was. He spent 2 hours, into the evening, working on our air conditioning unit. He mostly had to work in a crawl space where our ducting is located. He completed the task flawlessly and fixed our issues. We again had air conditioning. Excellent service provided by Relief Heating and Cooling! One AC unit stopped working late Friday evening, and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Daniel provided clear and concise assessments and had my unit up and running within an hour. Also quoted different options for replacements that were extremely reasonable. I look forward to working with them in the future for a full system replacement. IMO, this is one of the few local HVAC companies in the Triad that actually listens to the customer, charges reasonable rates, and doesn’t immediately try to sell new equipment. I highly recommend!
