He was professional in appearance and work ethics. Daniel explained how the units were working, and what to look for. During the semi-annual maintenance on Dec 22, I was informed that the service technicians turned off one of the three furnaces due to the CO2 output. They were able to install a new unit that day and I wrote a check for over $6,600. We woke up on Dec. 24 to a unit that was not working and was informed there was no way to contact anybody but the answering service until Dec 27. Of course, we have children and grandchildren visiting for the Christmas Holiday. ADDITION TO REVIEW: - The Owner, Matthew, called first thing Tuesday morning extremely apologetic. Apparently, the new after-hours answering service dropped the ball. Matthew was at the house inside of 20 minutes. Stopping by three times throughout the day to check if things were running smoothly. Obviously, things don't always go right and this is one of those instances. Matthew was sincere in his apology and his personal efforts to make things right.
