Honest assessment of current condition of the heat pump unit. Suggested a routine maintenance for a normal price. A previous quote from another company had me expecting to completely replace the unit. I’m glad I asked for a second opinion from Relief. They did not use scare tactics. These guys and gals know their stuff. Very professional and super knowledgeable on everything heating and cooling. Mr. Harris came out and explained everything to me after my home purchase in which he installed the high efficiency heat pump unit in it. They didn't charge me for the call and explained everything we need to know about the system and about transferring the 10-year parts and labor warranty (10 years seriously, I don't believe any other company does that). I highly recommend these guys and gals for everything heating and cooling! What a relief 😃!

Relief Heating and Cooling was easily the best customer service I've gotten in the Triad! Matthew came out to diagnose our old heat pump, and had a new system being installed the very next day. Everyone involved in this company absolutely respected our time, communicated clearly, was so nice and professional, knowledgeable, and installed a great product. Matthew saved Christmas with temporary fix
It was the day before the Christmas weekend, the low was 5 degrees that night and my heat pump died. I searched Google for a highly rated company that supported our military veterans and found RELIEF HEATING and COOLING, LLC. The tech (Matthew) arrived on time, introduced himself, and proceeded to work very hard to repair my heating system so that I had something to keep my family warm over the holidays. With parts not available for my unit, Matthew used his years of experience to repair my broken parts and got my heat working temporarily to help me get through the holiday crisis without freezing, and it is still working very well a few weeks later! I know I will need a replacement system soon and I will certainly use RELIEF HEATING and COOLING, LLC when I am ready for that step.
