Mr. Daniel Harris was kind, courteous, and professional. He looked at my HVAC system and did his due diligence, and diagnosed it properly. He told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the AC. Not once did he try to overcharge me or make me pay for something I didn’t need. Because of that, I purchased their plan for them to come back out this August to service my AC. Thank you so much for having such a courteous, professional technician. Relief Heating & Cooling is now my new HVAC company I will deal with from here on out.
